Rooted in a deep calling from God, my ministry is dedicated to discipling, equipping, and empowering the next generation in Cambodia through the truth of God's Word, practical life skills, and Spirit-led leadership.Through teaching, outreach, and community building, we serve youth, churches, and families—helping them discover their identity in Christ and live out their God-given purpose.Whether through the GZ21 movement, local church development, or education and mission efforts, our heart is to build lives that glorify God and impact the nation for His Kingdom.

Helping the Next Generation Discover Who They Are

Recently, I had the privilege of spending time with a group of young people in NHCH, Pursat and Kam Pong Spue Province, where I shared my personal life story and introduced them to the GZ21 vision. This wasn’t just a teaching moment—it was a divine appointment.I used Level 1 of the GZ21 program, titled “Who Am I?”, which focuses on helping youth discover their identity, understand their value, and recognize their God-given potential. For many of these young people, this was the first time anyone had spoken directly to their hearts about who they truly are.As I shared my journey—growing up with questions, challenges, and ultimately finding identity in Christ—I saw something powerful happen. Their eyes widened, their hearts opened. Many of them expressed that no one had ever taught them how to understand themselves, or that they even had a purpose.They were surprised—but also hopeful. For the first time, they were given a vision of who they could become. We didn’t just speak spiritually—we also showed them what it means to grow into a professional, disciplined, and purpose-driven individual in today’s society.Through illustrations, practical exercises, and open conversation, we offered them not only a message, but a mirror of their potential—a standard they could see, believe in, and grow toward.

What GZ21 Is Doing Matters

These young people are not just students—they are the future pastors, teachers, engineers, worship leaders, and parents of Cambodia. But without guidance, they remain unsure and unheard. GZ21 exists to fill that gap.

Leadership Training at HBC Bible College

Equipping Future Missionaries to Lead Generation Z with Vision and PurposeRecently, I had the honor of leading a 16-hour training course for the third- and fourth-year students of HBC Bible College—a group of emerging young leaders who are preparing to graduate and step into the mission field.As these students prepare to carry the Gospel into unreached communities, I felt a strong conviction to invest in their spiritual leadership and cultural awareness—especially their ability to connect with and disciple Generation Z.

Training Focus Areas

1- God’s Mission – We Are Called
We began by exploring the heart of God’s mission—a mission that began long before us and continues through us. I reminded them that ministry is not a career, but a calling. We are not just going into the mission field; we are responding to God’s invitation to partner in His redemptive work. This session renewed their understanding of their divine assignment and fueled a passion for the lost.2- Understanding Generation Z & Reaching the Next Generation
In today’s mission context, understanding Generation Z is no longer optional—it’s essential. We examined:- The mindset, behavior, and values of Gen Z- Their struggles with identity, purpose, and digital overload- What Gen Z truly needs: truth, trust, and real connectionThis session opened many eyes. These future missionaries began to see that Gen Z isn't just "difficult"—they are deeply in need of guidance, belonging, and hope.3- Jesus: The Model of Professional Leadership
We closed the training by studying Jesus as the ultimate example of a professional, Spirit-led leader. We looked at how He led with compassion, wisdom, authority, and humility.Students learned:- How to lead like Jesus in the modern world- How to build strong teams with young people- How to work with Gen Z, disciple them, and raise them into leadersWe practiced real-life leadership scenarios, communication strategies, and team-building tools—grounded in Scripture and shaped for today’s challenges.

The Outcome

These students are now more prepared—not only theologically, but practically—to lead, mentor, and disciple the next generation wherever God sends them.They left not only with knowledge, but with a renewed burden for young people and a clearer vision of how to build teams that reflect the love and leadership of Christ.
